Methods of Processing

Processing methods are carried out using computer, manual, and electronic tools by personnel holding a specific Letter of Appointment, who have been adequately trained in personal data protection. Data processing is subject to specific technical, computer, and organizational security measures implemented by the Company to safeguard data integrity and aimed, in particular, at preventing data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, for the periods provided for by tax and civil law.

Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject may request from the Data Controller in writing, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law, confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exists, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in an intelligible form (Art. 15), rectification and integration (Art. 16), restriction of processing (Art. 18), erasure of their data, also referred to as the right to be forgotten (Art. 17), data portability (Art. 20), the right to object (Art. 21), and may exercise the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them (Art. 22).

Furthermore, the data subject has the right to:

• Withdraw their consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority
• Know the consequences of withholding consent
• Know of the existence of a profiling process concerning their data
• Know of the existence of an automated decision-making process, the logic involved, and the possible consequences
